  4th of July Precautions 
 
A great fireworks display is something we look forward to, but our animal companions might not agree.  Please remember to keep pets in a safe area - indoors if possible.  If you must keep your animals outside during the fireworks season make sure they have tags and a microchip.  Read more 4th of July tips here!
   
 
Kitsap Dog Parks
 
All the sunshine making you want to get outside?  Take your dog with you!  Kitsap County is home to many great parks, some even have off-leash areas.  Click here to learn more.  Many of the dogs at the park are harmless, but when faced with certain conditions a dog can turn suddenly and bite.  If your dog is injured in a fight seek veterinary care immediately.
