Payment Policy
What Forms of Payment are Accepted?
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Care Credit and cash. We accept personal checks from established clients. Returned or NSF checks are charged an additional fee of $30.
When is Payment due?
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. Woodside Animal Hosptial uses Care Credit for our clients in need of monthly payment plans.
What is Care Credit?

If you don't have funds available CareCredit lets you begin your treatment or procedure immediately then pay for it over time with low monthly payments that are easy to fit into your monthly budget.
We currently offer Care Credit's 6 month interest-free plan. There is no minimum amount required to qualify for the 6 month plan. We can approve you in about five minutes from our clinic or you can go online for pre-approval. To learn more click here.

Do you recommend pet insurance?--Yes we do!

To help better afford quality veterinary care, we recommend pet healthcare insurance. One of the longest established companies is Veterinary Pet Insurance. It is easier to obtain insurance for pets while they are young. Puppy and kitten vaccine/exam series are covered under some plans. It is also a great idea to have insurance established for those unforseen emergencies. Click here for more information on VPI. |

TruPanion offers pet health insurance coverage for unexpected illnesses and accidents. If your pet becomes sick or injured they will reimburse you 90% of all diagnostic tests, surgeries, and medications including coverage for hereditary and congenital disorders.
