How can I get a Pet Portal?
If you've already given us your email address, already have a Pet Portal account! You may have not seen the activation email or it may have gone to your spam folder. If this is the case, click the Pet Portal Log In icon below and click the "forgot your passowrd?" link. We will then send you a temporary password so you can access your account.
If we don't have your email on file or if you aren't sure, click the following Pet Portal Log In con. Once you click the icon, you will be directed to the Pet Portal sign in page where you can set up your account.
Once we have entered your email or you have signed up via our webpage, be sure to watch your emails for a welcome email and a temporary password. Occasionally this email will be filtered out as junk, so you may need to monitor your junk mailbox as well. You will then be able to access your Pet Portal!

As part of the Pet Portal service, you also have the option of receiving your pet’s service reminders by email. We use email to contact clients about important practice and animal health news, such as updates to our services or product recalls.
